A few tips for keeping your plants happy in the Las Vegas climate.
Desert plants (cacti, succulents): Water sparingly — every 1-2 weeks. They love direct sun and dry soil.
Tropicals: Keep humidity up with regular misting. Bright indirect light works best. Water when the top inch of soil is dry.
Vegas-specific: Our dry air means tropicals need extra misting. In summer, even cacti benefit from shade during peak afternoon heat near south-facing windows.
