Cactus Crust & Co started with a simple idea: what if a bakery, a pizzeria, and a plant shop all lived under the same roof? A place where you grab a fresh croissant in the morning surrounded by desert plants, and come back that evening for handmade pizza with friends — picking up a succulent on the way out.
We're rooted in Las Vegas — inspired by the desert landscape, the warmth of this community, and the idea that fresh, handmade food and living plants just make everything better.
Founder & Owner
Khayla has spent over 12 years in food and hospitality — from dive bars to corporate kitchens and everything in between. She's worked the line, managed the floor, and watched hundreds of restaurants succeed or fail. And after all of it, she can tell you exactly what separates a good business from a bad one: intention, passion, and teamwork.
That's what Cactus Crust & Co is built on. Not a trend, not a formula — just someone who's been in the industry long enough to know what actually matters, and who finally decided to build it herself. She moved to Las Vegas and put down roots, literally and figuratively. The idea was always the same: create a space that feels like home but serves food worth driving across town for. A place where the dough is made by hand every morning, the pizza oven fires up every evening, and there are living plants everywhere because it just makes everything better.
The triple-concept thing isn't a gimmick. It's how Khayla actually thinks about the day: mornings are for pastries and coffee, evenings are for pizza and community, and plants are for always. Every part of the business reflects something she genuinely cares about — fresh food, real craftsmanship, and building a neighborhood spot that people come back to.

When the sun goes down, the pizza oven fires up. Hand-stretched dough, house-made sauce, and toppings that celebrate Vegas flavor. Pizza Night runs 4 PM to 10 PM.
Desert plants, succulents, cacti, and tropicals fill our space with life. Browse while you eat, or shop on its own. Take a piece of the desert home with you.
