Fill out the form below with your event date, guest count, and what you're thinking. No commitment — we're just getting started.

We'll get back

Within 24 hours you'll get a custom quote and proposal. We'll chat through any adjustments and finalize the menu together.

Lock it in

A 50% deposit holds your date. Final headcount and any menu tweaks are due 72 hours before the event.

We show up

We deliver, set up, and make sure everything looks great. You focus on your guests — we'll handle the rest.

The Details

Lead Time

We ask for at least 7 days notice on most catering orders, and 2 weeks for larger events (50+ guests) or full-service packages. Last-minute? Reach out — we'll do what we can.

Delivery Area

We deliver throughout the Las Vegas metro area. Free delivery within 10 miles of our shop. A small travel fee applies beyond that. Pickup is always an option if you prefer.

Minimum Order

Catering orders start at 10 guests. Smaller group? Check out our regular menu and order online — we do party-sized platters too.

Dietary Needs

Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, nut-free — just tell us in the notes. We'll build a menu that works for every guest at the table.

Catering FAQ

The most common questions we hear.

Can you handle dietary restrictions? +

Yes — just mention it in your request. We regularly accommodate vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, nut-free, and dairy-free needs. For events with multiple dietary needs, we'll build a menu that works for everyone.

What if my headcount changes? +

Totally fine. We ask for your final headcount 72 hours before the event. Small increases are usually no problem. Significant drops may affect pricing since we've already prepped — but we'll always work with you.

Do you set up and clean up? +

Drop-off catering is set up on your tables and ready to serve. Our Full Experience package includes setup and cleanup plus a dedicated coordinator on-site. Somewhere in between? Just ask — we can tailor the service level.

How does payment work? +

A 50% deposit reserves your date once you approve the quote. The balance is due on or before the event. We accept all major cards, ACH, and checks for corporate accounts.

What's the cancellation policy? +

Cancel 7+ days before your event and your deposit is fully refundable. Inside 7 days we keep the deposit to cover ingredients and prep time. Rescheduling is always free — life happens.

Do the plant centerpieces really come with the Full Experience? +

Yes. One custom desert-plant centerpiece per table, and guests take them home as party favors. It's one of our favorite things to do — your event gets a beautiful look, and everyone leaves with a little piece of Vegas.
